Thank Ya, Again!

I’d like to send out another THANK YOU to everyone who made it by my booth at the May edition of the Discovery Green Flea!  I was thrilled to see a few familiar faces and meet a lot of new people.  I had a headache from hell because of my killer allergies and hope I didn’t make a bad impression on anyone :/

I was able to debut my brand spanking new 10′ banner, YAY!  I was so pleased with the way it looked set up

Fyi, we will be set up again on June 16th between 6pm-10pm. Note the new hours…the organizers are looking out for everyone during Houston’s hottest season.  Speaking of the organizers, they have recently set up a new Discovery Green Flea Facebook page – www.facebook.com/DiscoveryGreenFlea.   Be sure to ‘Like’ the page to keep up to date on all Flea happenings

 

 

New Market Announcements

I’m happy to announce that CultGrrrl Creations will be a part of the Discovery Green Flea in Houston, TX on Saturday, February 18th and Saturday, March 17th!  More info on both of these markets can be found at this location.  Hope to see everyone there

Ctrl + Art + Create Sneak Peek

Just a quick reminder about the Crtl + Art + Create 2011 : 2nd Annual Art Festival happening this Saturday, November 5th at the Heights Theater.  Check out a sneak peek from the AIGA Blog at this location.  Looks like this is going to be a really good time!

Thank You Kalaka’s

I had a blast at the Kalaka’s Artisan Swap Meet & Sale this weekend!  This store is a MUST visit!  Especially if you love all things Dia De Los Muertos / Punk / Rockabilly etc…  I ended up getting myself a really KILLER shower curtain, beach towel, and necklace.  Not to mention, I will definitely be back for more as I had my eye on a few other goodies

I would like to thank Elizabeth at Kalaka’s for allowing us to sell our wares at her location and my BFF Lorena for giving me the head’s up on this venture.  I would also like to thank each and everyone of you who stopped by, browsed and purchased something from each of the booths there.  I was told by Elizabeth that she plans on having more swap meets at her location and at the club White Swan Live in Houston, so be on the look out for more info on that coming soon.

Next up CultGrrrl Creations will be at the Ctrl + Art + Create 2nd Annual Art Festival in the Heights on Saturday, November 5th [more info at this location].

 

Thank you Discovery Green Flea!

I just wanted to write up a quick THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by the CultGrrrl Creations booth at the Discovery Green Flea yesterday.  I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time there!  I had the pleasure of meeting quite a few friendly people who gave me very positive feedback on my lil’ spooky (and a few not so spooky) creations   I really do appreciate every word of encouragement!

I would also like to thank the organizers of the flea.  Everything ran with what seemed like effortless progress.  Not to mention, I LOVED the band Two Star Symphony!  They were amazing and fun!

I’d also like to remind everyone I will have a booth set up next Saturday, October 22nd at the Kalaka’s Artisan Swap Meet & Sale.  More info can be found at this location.
