So Much Fun

I’ve had so much fun these past few days…it’s sickening HA!  On Friday I set up shop at the Wilson Elementary School Fall Festival.  Kiddo’s EVERYWHERE   My son LOVED it!  I want to send a special thank you to Brianna & Lorena for getting CGC involved in this event.  Also, thanks for the beautiful Calavera mask (I know exactly where this is going to be put up)!

On Saturday, CultGrrrl Creations had a booth at the Ctrl + Art + Create : 2nd Annual Art Festival.  Talk about ENTERTAINING!  We were set up right next to Lisa Chow.  Her art was amazing (to say the least).  I also met hooker extraordinaire & great artist with the fantastic sense of humor, Stephanie of Obey Crochet.  I was like a little fan grrrl meeting her (not to mention ecstatic when she handed me a handful of Obey Crochet temporary tattoos eep!).

I met so many fun & interesting people this weekend.  I was given a number of amusing ideas on new designs that I can not wait to get started on.  Especially the one that involves a number of colors and a mystical creature.  That is all I’ll say about that

Mummies & Frankies Galore

I have been tirelessly working on stocking up my inventory for all the upcoming markets.  I can’t believe all that I’ve accomplished in just this past week alone!

I still have a number of Bloodshot Eyeballs, Calavera Sugar Skulls, and a few more Cthulhu’s to work up for me to be satisfied with the inventory but I’m getting there.

I’ve added a Calendar to the site for more information on the markets I will be participating in.  So if you’re in the Houston area please feel free to come on down and say hi!

 

Latest Updates

I know I haven’t been posting much these past few weeks but things have been very very busy here.  I’ve kept up on increasing my amigurumi inventory.  I have a few Baphy Goats, Zom-Bunnies, Calavera Sugar Skulls, and Bloodshot Eyeballs.

I’ve been commissioned for a couple of Frankie Steins, so those are next on my list.  I will also be working on a few new designs for my “Monster Collection”.  I promise to have new pictures posted soon!
