This upcoming weekend is the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Houston. This will be the first year (in two years participating) that I will not walk and I’m a little disappointed at myself. I just knew I wasn’t going to be able to give 110% like I wanted to. I will be going up to the event eve and making a donation from the sales from my Etsy store. I know there will definitely be someone (or someones) there who will need additional donations to help meet their $1800 set goal.
Because these are the final days until walk weekend, I’m going to make free shipping available on all the sales from my Etsy store until Friday! Just enter AVONWALK during check out to receive your discount. Remember I’m donating 80% of my sales to the walk

Hi,
I found your blog just by googling Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Houston. I am doing the walk again, this will be my 4th walk. I know how you feel about not doing the walk, last year I didn’t do it and I felt so blah…I look forward to this so much! I am short on my funds still, but I am hopeful I will get there. I am going to be atnding out front of the event eve holding a sign, I know that people give extra donations if they have them. It is so nice that you donate money from your etsy shop!
